About the Role We are seeking an experienced Application Developer / DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role involves modernizing enterprise applications and managing cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain enterprise Java applications • Modernize legacy applications using Spring and Spring Boot • Migrate applications from JBoss to WildFly • Deploy applications to Amazon EKS and manage Kubernetes environments • Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning • Ensure code quality through SOLID principles and automated testing Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Java development • Experience with Jakarta EE / Java EE enterprise application development • Expertise in Maven, including parent POMs, BOMs, and plugin configuration • Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs • Knowledge of application modernization and legacy system upgrades • Experience with JBoss to WildFly migration • Familiarity with Amazon EKS and Kubernetes • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills • Understanding of code quality principles and automated testing • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
