About the Role We are looking for an experienced Applications Support Specialist to provide L1/L2 support for critical enterprise applications, with a strong preference for candidates who have hands-on JD Edwards (JDE) ERP production support experience. Key Responsibilities • Provide L1/L2 support for critical enterprise applications • Troubleshoot enterprise applications and resolve production incidents • Support EDI integrations • Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and external vendors • Manage batch jobs, interfaces, and data feeds • Troubleshoot user access and security issues • Implement ITSM, change management, and documentation processes Requirements • Hands-on JD Edwards (JDE) ERP application support experience • Experience with production support and incident management • Knowledge of RF-SMART, SOM, IQVIA Applications • Understanding of EDI Transactions and Integrations • Experience with batch jobs, interfaces, and data feeds • User access and security troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with ITSM, change management, and documentation • ITGC / SOX Compliance knowledge is preferred
