About the Role We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join our team and focus on building scalable automation solutions to improve enterprise software quality. Key Responsibilities • Develop automation frameworks • Test web, mobile, API, microservices, and database applications • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines • Support cloud and performance testing • Manage defects • Mentor team members • Evaluate AI-enabled testing solutions Requirements • Experience with Java and/or Python • Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and Page Object Model • Ability to perform REST API testing with Postman • SQL skills for database validation and ETL testing • Familiarity with Jenkins, CI/CD, and AWS • Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux/Unix scripting experience • Experience with Jira/Xray • Understanding of Generative AI and AI-assisted testing Preferred • Healthcare/health insurance experience • Selenium Grid 4 knowledge • Cloud-native testing experience • Performance testing experience Education • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
