About the Role We are seeking an experienced Automation Quality Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in QA automation and manual testing, particularly in the banking and financial services sector. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Selenium automation tests using C# • Implement and manage Page Object Model (POM) framework • Design and execute manual test cases • Utilize Zephyr and JIRA for test management • Perform functional, regression, end-to-end, and API testing • Conduct authentication, authorization, and security testing • Create test strategies, plans, and reports • Participate in SDLC and STLC processes Requirements • 10+ years of QA experience • Proficiency in Selenium automation with C# • Experience with Page Object Model framework • Strong background in manual testing and test case design • Familiarity with Zephyr and JIRA test management tools • Knowledge of functional, regression, end-to-end, and API testing • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security testing • Experience with test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting • Knowledge of SDLC and STLC • Banking or financial services experience
