About the Role We are looking for an AWS Chat Assist Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining chatbot solutions using AWS technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop chatbots and conversational AI solutions using AWS • Integrate chat solutions with CRM platforms • Develop and troubleshoot scalable customer engagement solutions • Utilize Amazon Connect and AWS Lex for chatbot development Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with AWS-based chatbot development • Experience with Amazon Connect and AWS Lex • Knowledge of Chat Assist and Agent Assist capabilities • Experience integrating chat solutions with CRM platforms • Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations • Experience with voice and chat channel integrations
