About the Role We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join a contract engagement in New York City. This role requires hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and cloud security. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end release automation across DevOps environments • Build and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation • Manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes and Helm • Implement AWS security controls, IAM policies and compliance frameworks • Monitor platform health using CloudWatch, Prometheus and Grafana • Automate operational tasks using Python and Bash scripting Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or Cloud Architecture • Proficiency in Terraform and CloudFormation for Infrastructure as Code • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools - Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI and AWS CodePipeline • Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm for containerization and orchestration • Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation • Good knowledge of AWS security services, IAM and security best practices • Experience with monitoring tools - Amazon CloudWatch, Prometheus and Grafana • Experience implementing data privacy and industry security compliance frameworks Benefits • Contract engagement opportunity in New York City
