About the Role We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Architect with Salesforce Cloud expertise to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing scalable data architectures and leading data engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable, secure AWS data architectures • Develop and oversee data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and batch/real-time data processing • Integrate Salesforce data with AWS platforms • Define enterprise data models and Tableau BI architecture standards • Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and developer mentoring • Establish data governance, security, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code best practices • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable analytics solutions Requirements • 13+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years in Data Engineering and Analytics • 6+ years of hands-on AWS Data Architecture experience with S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, Lambda, EMR, Lake Formation, Kinesis, and RDS • 3+ years of experience integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud with external data platforms • 3+ years of experience leading data engineering teams as a Technical Architect or Lead • 4+ years of hands-on Tableau experience, including dashboard development, data modeling, and performance tuning • 3+ years of experience with batch and real-time data processing, large-scale data ingestion, streaming architectures, and CI/CD • Strong SQL, Python/PySpark, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and query optimization skills • Experience with data lakes/lakehouse architecture, data governance, security, and cloud-native data solutions • Knowledge of Terraform/CloudFormation and DevOps best practices • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
