About the Role We are actively looking for experienced AWS Lead Data Engineers for an exciting opportunity. This role requires strong experience in AWS data engineering and the ability to lead, mentor, and guide data engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement data solutions using AWS services • Lead data engineering teams and provide technical guidance • Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes • Ensure data quality and performance in data lakes and warehouses • Implement CI/CD practices and infrastructure as code Requirements • 12+ years of experience in AWS data engineering • Hands-on experience with AWS Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda, EMR, and Athena • Strong Python, SQL, ETL/ELT, and data pipeline development skills • Experience with Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, and Apache Spark • Knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD • Experience leading, mentoring, and guiding data engineering teams
