About the Role We are seeking experienced AWS Lead Data Engineers to architect, develop, and optimize scalable data engineering solutions on AWS. Key Responsibilities • Architect and develop scalable data engineering solutions on AWS • Optimize data engineering solutions • Lead technical aspects of data engineering projects • Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices Requirements • 7+ years of data engineering experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda, EMR/Spark, Kinesis, Athena, RDS, and API Gateway • Advanced Python and SQL programming skills • Expertise in data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modeling • Experience with big data processing and large-scale data migration to AWS • Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, and CloudFormation • Understanding of data quality, security, governance, and cloud cost optimization Preferred Qualifications • AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Data Engineer certification • Experience with real-time data streaming and Lakehouse architecture • Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and enterprise compliance standards • Shell scripting or Scala experience
