About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to support the Virginia Department of Transportation tolling environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support VDOT and Virginia E ZPass tolling applications, infrastructure, and cloud workloads
• Utilize Azure services including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, Azure Key Vault, Rubrik backup and recovery, Secret Server, Azure Virtual Desktop, Office 365, and Power Apps
• Implement and maintain PCI compliance, network security, disaster recovery, and cloud governance
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure services
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting VDOT and Virginia E ZPass tolling applications, infrastructure, and cloud workloads
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Python
• Knowledge of PCI compliance, network security, disaster recovery, and cloud governance
• Azure certification preferred
