About the Role We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud-native delivery platforms. This role focuses on improving software delivery, strengthening platform reliability, and enabling secure, scalable, and efficient engineering workflows across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and enterprise release management processes • Administer container platforms and Kubernetes environments • Implement monitoring, logging, observability, alerting, and platform health metrics • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve critical deployment issues • Support highly available, resilient production systems Requirements • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management processes • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions, or comparable DevOps platforms • Strong understanding of source control, branching strategies, version control, and deployment methodologies • Hands-on experience with container platforms and Kubernetes environments • Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment automation frameworks • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, incident management, and root cause analysis skills
