About the Role We are looking for an experienced Azure & Office 365 Engineer to lead enterprise cloud messaging, identity management, security, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise cloud messaging initiatives • Manage identity management and security • Oversee Microsoft 365 infrastructure • Drive cloud architecture • Troubleshoot complex enterprise issues • Strengthen security • Automate operations • Mentor junior engineers Requirements • Deep expertise in Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange Architecture • Experience with Microsoft 365 - Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, Conditional Access & PIM • Proficiency in PowerShell Scripting & Microsoft Graph API • Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO & Hybrid Identity • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 & Email Security • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, DLP, Retention & Compliance • Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure, PKI & Certificate Management • Preferred Certifications: MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-305, SC-300 • AWS and VMware experience is a plus
