About the Role We are looking for a BI Platform Operations Engineer to join our team in New York City. This role focuses on administering and supporting Tableau Server and Amazon QuickSight on AWS. Key Responsibilities • Administer Tableau Server and Amazon QuickSight • Provide production support and incident management • Perform root-cause analysis for production issues • Manage SPICE ingestion and dataset refresh • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or AWS CLI Requirements • Experience with Tableau Server Administration and Production Support • Experience with Amazon QuickSight Administration and Production Support • Strong knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, Athena, CloudWatch, IAM, Glue Data Catalog, and Lake Formation • Familiarity with QuickSight APIs, AWS SDKs, and REST APIs • Experience with SPICE Ingestion, Dataset Refresh, and Troubleshooting • Production Support, Incident Management, and Root-Cause Analysis experience • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or AWS CLI
