About the Role We are seeking an experienced freelance trainer to deliver a technical, lab-driven corporate training program focused on building data foundations for telecom analytics. Key Responsibilities • Deliver a 18-hour training program on Big Data Analytics & Data Engineering for telecom • Teach distributed processing with Spark, including query plans and performance optimization • Implement ACID tables, schema evolution, and time travel using Delta Lake and Iceberg • Build streaming aggregations with correct event-time semantics • Orchestrate daily pipelines using Airflow and enforce data quality gates • Serve network KPIs and cell rankings through analytical SQL and dashboards Requirements • Deep, hands-on expertise in Big Data Analytics and Data Engineering • Experience with telecom data estates and scenarios • Proficiency with Spark, Delta Lake, Iceberg, Airflow, Great Expectations, and Superset • Ability to guide participants through realistic telecom scenarios • Comfortable with CPU-only, Ubuntu-based VM labs using open-source tooling
