About the Role We are looking for experienced Big Data QA/Test professionals to join our team for enterprise data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement test strategies for big data platforms • Perform data validation, reconciliation, data quality, integration, regression, performance & UAT testing • Automate testing using Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Postman, JMeter, PyTest, JUnit/TestNG • Manage QA team and communicate with stakeholders Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Big Data QA/Test • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, ADF, Spark/PySpark, Hadoop, Hive, Delta Lake, SQL, ETL/ELT • Experience with testing tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM/QC • Leadership experience in test strategy and QA team management • Preferred: AWS, Kafka, Control-M, Power BI, Healthcare/Insurance domain knowledge
