About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with expertise in .NET technologies and modern front-end development using Blazor. This role will focus on designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise applications in Windows/.NET platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure web applications using .NET, C#, and Blazor • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, managers, and Dev/QA to deliver high-quality solutions • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards • Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Ensure proper documentation of solutions, processes, and systems • As part of a Scrum Team, deliver high-quality, production-ready work at the end of each Sprint Requirements • 12+ years of overall experience and at least 3+ years of onsite experience • Strong expertise in .NET technologies and Blazor • Experience with code analysis, migration planning, tech stack upgrades, and modernization • Ability to take high-level directions and execute against Stories and Tasks • Experience with tool evaluation, documenting patterns and standards, and technology evaluation and recommendation
