About the Role We are looking for an experienced RPA BluePrism Developer to lead impactful automation initiatives from design to production. Key Responsibilities • Own technical governance, Blue Prism architecture, and solution design standards • Conduct end-to-end PDD/SDD reviews and accurate effort estimations • Drive production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis (RCA), and escalation management • Ensure SLA compliance through proactive process health monitoring and reporting • Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable bots Requirements • 4+ years of hands-on experience in RPA, with BluePrism as your primary platform • Proven track record leading delivery tracks or contributing to Automation CoE initiatives • Strong programming skills in .NET (C#) or Python • Solid background in SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and system integrations • Hands-on exposure to AI/ML integrations and Microsoft Power Platform, PAD is mandatory • Experience operating within Agile/Scrum frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
