About the Role We are looking for an experienced BSP (Kernel / QNX) Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, test, and debug Kernel & QNX software for next-generation embedded and In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) platforms. Key Responsibilities • Develop, integrate & maintain QNX and Linux platform software • Board bring-up, platform enablement & hardware integration • Linux kernel & device driver development • Optimize system performance, memory, stability & reliability • Work on boot processes, startup flows & OS bring-up • Collaborate with HW, Android, platform & validation teams in Agile/DevOps environments • Build test plans, automation & CI/CD pipelines Requirements • Strong Embedded C/C++ • QNX RTOS / QNX SDP • Linux Kernel & Device Driver Development • BSP Development & Board Bring-up • QNX Hypervisor & Virtualization Technologies • Boot Processes & System Initialization • Python Scripting & Test Automation • Ethernet, USB, UART, SPI, I2C • Agile, DevOps & CI/CD • Strong debugging & problem-solving skills
