About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – BI and Reporting with strong SQL, Amazon QuickSight, and business intelligence expertise. Key Responsibilities • Translate business requirements into dashboard specifications • Coordinate BI reporting delivery from requirements gathering through production • Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with offshore development teams Requirements • 8–12 years of experience in business analysis • Advanced SQL and data analysis skills • Experience with Amazon QuickSight, Databricks, and BI reporting • Strong understanding of KPI validation and data reconciliation • Experience with UAT and functional specifications • Client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
