About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Intelligence to drive enterprise reporting initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Develop Amazon QuickSight datasets, dashboards, calculated fields, parameters, SPICE & Direct Query • Perform advanced SQL & Databricks for data analysis and validation • Gather business requirements, define KPIs & reporting specifications • Map source-to-report, perform data reconciliation & dashboard validation • Coordinate UAT, manage defects & obtain business sign-off • Manage stakeholders and coordinate with offshore teams • Implement BI reporting, Agile delivery & reporting governance Requirements • 8–12 years of experience in Business Analysis • Strong expertise in Amazon QuickSight, SQL, Databricks, AWS • Experience with BI reporting, Agile delivery & reporting governance • Excellent stakeholder management and offshore team coordination skills
