About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Commercial P&C Insurance and MGA operations to support the implementation of Sure Commercial. Key Responsibilities • Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications, user stories, and workflows • Understand underwriting, risk assessment, rating, quote/bind, policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements • Perform fit-gap analysis and support platform configuration and integrations • Support SIT, UAT, defect tracking, and business sign-off • Collaborate with underwriters, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams Requirements • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience • Strong Commercial P&C Insurance and MGA domain knowledge • Experience with commercial insurance platforms and underwriting workflows • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, JIRA, APIs, and system integrations • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Sure Commercial implementation experience is a plus
