About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and MGA domain expertise to support the implementation of Sure Commercial. Key Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements from MGA stakeholders and underwriters • Translate requirements into Sure Commercial configurations, workflows, and user stories • Perform fit-gap analysis and define configuration and integration requirements • Support broker submission-to-bind workflows and policy transactions • Coordinate integrations with rating engines, carriers, brokers, and downstream systems • Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis, and business sign-off • Facilitate client workshops and collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams Requirements • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with significant Commercial P&C experience • Strong understanding of the MGA business model and underwriting lifecycle • Experience with MGAs, specialty insurers, or program administrators • Knowledge of underwriting, appetite, eligibility, rating, quote/bind, and policy transactions • Experience with commercial insurance platforms • Strong skills in user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows, and business rules • Implementation, configuration, SIT, and UAT experience • Strong client-facing communication and Agile/Scrum experience
