About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. This role requires extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, with a focus on clinical trials and development. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for enterprise applications • Lead end-to-end Business Analysis activities with minimal supervision • Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive requirements • Manage stakeholder expectations and handle frequent change requests • Apply Business Analysis best practices in fast-paced project environments Requirements • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in global Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences organizations • Strong domain expertise in Clinical Trials, Clinical Development, or related Pharma business processes • Proven experience with enterprise applications and functional specifications • Excellent communication, facilitation, and workshop management skills • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments • Preference for candidates with end-to-end product or project ownership in consulting or product environments
