About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences background to join our team at i2e Consulting. This role involves working on impactful projects with global Pharma organizations. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Business Analysis activities • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders • Gather requirements and create business analysis documents such as BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Work in Agile/Scrum environments with multiple stakeholders • Manage stakeholder communication, facilitation, and workshop management Requirements • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience • Mandatory experience working with global Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences organizations • Strong domain expertise in Clinical Trials, Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, or related Pharma business processes • Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, BRDs, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and UAT • Ability to independently lead end-to-end BA activities • Strong analytical and scenario-based problem-solving skills with real-time project experience • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and workshop management skills • Experience owning products or projects end-to-end in consulting or product-based environments is highly preferred • Degree in Pharmacy/Life Sciences (B.Pharm/M.Pharm or equivalent) is preferred
