About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support solution delivery with strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities • Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders • Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Analyze business processes, workflows, and system interactions • Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver effective solutions • Support testing activities, test case development, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement • Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle Requirements • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog management and requirements tracking • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio • Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
