About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in Commercial P&C Insurance and MGA domain. This role requires hands-on experience with Sure Commercial implementation and strong knowledge of the underwriting lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and document business requirements for Commercial P&C Insurance • Lead end-to-end underwriting lifecycle processes including Submission, Rating, Quote, Bind, and Policy Administration • Implement Sure Commercial solutions and ensure proper integration • Write User Stories, BRDs, and FRDs • Conduct SIT/UAT and apply Agile, Scrum methodologies • Work with APIs, system integrations, and data mapping Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and MGA domain • Hands-on experience with Sure Commercial implementation • Expertise in writing User Stories, BRDs, and FRDs • Experience with SIT/UAT, Agile, and Scrum methodologies • Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping
