About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and Managing General Agent (MGA) experience to support the implementation of Sure Commercial. Key Responsibilities • Gather business requirements and create user stories, functional specifications, and process flows • Understand the end-to-end MGA insurance lifecycle, including underwriting, rating, quote, bind, policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements • Perform fit-gap analysis and support platform configuration and integrations • Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams • Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-off Requirements • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with strong Commercial P&C insurance knowledge • Hands-on experience with MGA, specialty insurance, or program administration • Experience with commercial insurance platforms and underwriting workflows • Strong Agile/Scrum, client communication, and documentation skills • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, JIRA, or Azure DevOps is a plus
