About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst with extensive healthcare experience to join our team. This role focuses on healthcare transformation and care management platforms. Key Responsibilities • Analyze healthcare payer systems and clinical operations • Manage care management and utilization processes • Coordinate UAT and ensure system requirements are met • Develop KPIs and dashboard requirements • Lead stakeholder management and PI planning Requirements • 6+ years of experience in healthcare IT • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and OneCM • Experience with Business Requirements and User Stories • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL • Understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies
