About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role requires strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills to support enterprise-level business and technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements • Create BRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications • Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement-gathering workshops, and JAD sessions • Perform gap analysis and current-state vs. future-state process mapping • Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams • Support UAT planning, test case reviews, and defect triage • Manage product backlogs, project deliverables, risks, and issues • Develop process maps, data flow diagrams, and business documentation • Support change management, training materials, and communication plans Requirements • 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst • Requirements elicitation and stakeholder management • Experience with BRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office, and Excel • Basic SQL and data analysis skills • UAT coordination and defect management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications • ERP, CRM, or enterprise platform implementation experience • CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, or CSPO certification • Power BI or Tableau exposure • Experience in financial services, healthcare, retail, or other regulated industries Ideal Candidate A detail-oriented professional who can work with cross-functional teams, simplify complex requirements, minimize rework, and support successful project delivery.
