About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team for a 6+ month contract-to-hire position in Lansing, MI. This role requires 7+ years of experience in business analysis and Agile environments. Key Responsibilities • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements • Develop and manage user stories in Agile environments • Work with senior management on strategy, roadmaps, and consensus building • Support IT solutions developed or implemented for public use • Facilitate stakeholder communication and problem-solving Requirements • 7+ years in business analysis, requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling • 5+ years developing and managing user stories in Agile environments • 2+ years working with senior management on strategy, roadmaps, and consensus building • 2+ years supporting IT solutions developed or implemented for public use • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with SOWs, work agreements, or contracts • Experience with state or federally regulated programs • Bachelor’s degree
