About the Role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join an international technology project. This role involves participating in digital transformation initiatives and business process optimization. Key Responsibilities • Analyze, collect, and document functional and business requirements • Facilitate workshops between business and technology teams • Define and refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria • Manage and prioritize the functional backlog • Design and document processes and functional specifications • Coordinate with development, architecture, and testing teams • Participate in the functional design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions • Provide support for functional testing, UAT cycles, and issue resolution • Ensure traceability between requirements, development, and validation Requirements • 6-9 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst • Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects • Demonstrable experience in functional requirements analysis and management • Proficiency in User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and backlog management • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Knowledge of functional testing and UAT • Experience in documentation and functional specifications • Knowledge of Anthropic Claude and Spec Driven Development (SDD) • English B2 and professional Spanish
