About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Veeva Vault QMS to support Quality Management processes within a regulated Life Sciences environment. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including BRD and FRS • Perform gap analysis and translate business needs into functional specifications • Support workflow and lifecycle configuration in Veeva Vault QMS • Manage metadata and document management processes • Support test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and resolution • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Quality teams, and technical teams • Support Quality Events, CAPA, Change Control, Audit Management, and Document Management • Ensure compliance with GxP and regulated Life Sciences quality standards Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QMS • Excellent business analysis and requirements documentation skills • Experience with workflow/lifecycle configuration and metadata management • Knowledge of GxP-regulated Life Sciences environments • Experience with testing lifecycles and business process validation • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
