About the Role We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with deep expertise in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) to enhance business and technology operations. Key Responsibilities • Combine PBM domain knowledge with techno-functional business analysis • Manage stakeholders effectively • Apply AI-driven process improvement to enhance operations • Work with external customers and strategic partners Requirements • 10+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare technology, managed care, or pharmacy services • 5+ years of techno-functional business analysis or relationship management experience • Strong understanding of PBM business processes, operations, and business models • Knowledge of applications, data flows, APIs, and integration patterns • Experience with enterprise technology environments, system integrators, and outsourced delivery teams • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
