About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on implementing complex technology projects to support mainframe reports and extract efforts. Key Responsibilities • Perform advanced business analysis for technology hardware and software projects • Gather, develop, and document requirements using multiple methods • Review, assess, and develop business processes • Create and validate user acceptance testing • Provide research and special project support to users • Analyze and document implementation of multiple interrelated projects related to reports • Focus on data-related work including data analysis, root cause analysis of data errors, data flow documentation, and report development • Ensure deliverables meet established processes and procedures • Assign and supervise the work of others Requirements • 8 years of strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written/verbal/presentation communication skills in English • 8 years of experience in gathering requirements and creating reports • 8 years of facilitating creation and analysis of business requirements and working with business area personnel to design technical solutions • 5 years of participating in and providing guidance to business and in developing and completing user acceptance testing, training, and implementation-related activities • 2 years of experience with Snowflake and Power BI • 2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry
