About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. This role involves analyzing business requirements and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities • Perform business analysis and requirements engineering • Work with HR systems and implement workflow automation • Create business process maps for As-Is and To-Be scenarios • Develop BRD, functional specifications, and user stories • Utilize Azure DevOps, Agile, and Scrum methodologies • Conduct UAT, QA testing, and test case development • Perform data analysis and system integration • Use Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project for documentation and presentations Requirements • 6+ years of experience in business analysis • Strong knowledge of HR systems and workflow automation • Experience with business process mapping • Proficiency in creating BRD, functional specifications, and user stories • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile, and Scrum • Experience with UAT, QA testing, and test case development • Skills in data analysis and system integration • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
