About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. This role requires 8+ years of experience and focuses on analyzing business needs and requirements. Key Responsibilities • Perform business analysis and requirements gathering • Create BRD, FRD, and functional specifications • Work with HR systems and workflow automation • Conduct as-is/to-be analysis and process mapping • Utilize Azure DevOps, Agile, and Scrum methodologies • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria • Lead QA testing, test plans, test cases, and UAT • Analyze data and system integrations • Use MS Visio, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint Requirements • 8+ years of experience in business analysis • State government experience preferred • HR/Payroll systems experience preferred • CBAP or ISTQB Certification preferred • Local to Tallahassee, FL • Valid work authorization and driver's license required
