About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on HR workflow automation. This role requires extensive experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and QA documentation. Key Responsibilities • Analyze HR processes and implement workflow automation solutions • Gather requirements and conduct business process analysis (As-Is/To-Be) • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlogs using Azure DevOps • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct QA reviews • Perform data analysis, integration analysis, and communicate with stakeholders Requirements • Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and QA documentation • Experience with HR processes, workflow automation, or government administrative applications • Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs using Azure DevOps • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies • Experience with test plans, test cases, QA reviews, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Strong data analysis, integration analysis, and stakeholder communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
