About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join a client team in Tallahassee, FL. This role requires extensive IT business and industry experience, with a focus on business analysis for IT projects. Key Responsibilities • Perform business analysis on IT projects • Utilize Agile Software Development methodologies • Conduct Requirements Gathering • Work with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Team Foundation Server (TFS) • Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions • Design, maintain, and scale custom automated testing frameworks • Execute automation testing using tools like Selenium • Test REST APIs and Microservices • Translate functional specifications into technical specifications • Convert business requirements into use cases and acceptance criteria • Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures • Collaborate with QA teams and coordinate UAT schedules • Use process model diagram tools like Microsoft Visio • Perform manual testing to validate system functionality Requirements • Minimum 7 years of IT business/industry work experience • Minimum 7 years of experience in performing business analysis on IT projects • Minimum 7 years of experience with Agile Software Development methodologies • Minimum 7 years of experience with Requirements Gathering • Minimum 7 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS) • Minimum 7 years of experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions • Minimum 7 years of experience in designing, maintaining, and scaling custom automated testing frameworks • Minimum 7 years of experience in automation testing • Minimum 5 years of experience in REST API and Microservices testing • Minimum 7 years of experience in translating functional specification into technical specification • Minimum 7 years of experience translating business requirements into use cases/user stories and acceptance criteria • Minimum 7 years of experience in translating the information from meetings and written materials into mock-ups, process models • Minimum 7 years of experience in creating technical documentation and standard operating procedures • Minimum 7 years of experience in collaborating with QA teams and coordinating UAT schedules • Minimum 7 years of experience with process model diagram tools, such as Microsoft Visio • Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing • Good verbal/communication skills • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field or equivalent work experience
