About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on requirements elicitation, documentation, and business process re-engineering. Key Responsibilities • Elicit, document, and analyze business and system requirements • Create process flows, UML diagrams, and conduct UAT • Re-engineer business processes to improve efficiency Requirements • 8+ years of experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and business process re-engineering • Must currently reside in Texas and have state-level experience • Strong experience with business/system requirements, process flows, UML diagrams, and UAT Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of experience with Modern Requirements software • 2+ years of experience in complaint/case management, educator certification, or state/federal grant programs
