About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing business requirements and documenting functional specifications to improve workflows and processes. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and document functional specifications • Evaluate and compare chatbot responses against defined criteria • Analyze workflows, processes, and data to identify improvement opportunities • Prepare reports, dashboards, and process documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights • Track project progress, risks, and performance metrics Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage
