About the Role We are looking for Business Analysts to support an AI-focused project involving the evaluation and comparison of chatbot responses. This is an opportunity to work on a global project at the intersection of business and AI. Key Responsibilities • Perform business analysis and requirement gathering • Utilize advanced Excel and SQL skills • Work with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Manage database operations with MySQL • Utilize Salesforce, Tableau CRM, or CRM Analytics • Create process maps and documentation • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum is an advantage Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 3+ years of relevant experience • Valid US driver's license is mandatory • Accepted work authorizations: USC, GC, GC EAD, H1B, H4 EAD
