About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in the USA. This role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements to support system development. Key Responsibilities • Gather and analyze business requirements • Create BRD / FRD documentation • Perform SQL and data analysis • Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies • Use JIRA and Confluence for project management • Communicate with stakeholders • Utilize Power BI and Tableau for data visualization Requirements • Experience in business requirements gathering and analysis • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies • Experience with JIRA and Confluence • Strong stakeholder communication skills • Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau OPT / STEM OPT candidates welcome, subject to eligibility.
