About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in the FIS AddVantage platform to support Wealth and Trust Management operations. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge of trust accounting, wealth management workflows, and demonstrated experience across the full AddVantage product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Support Wealth and Trust Management operations using the FIS AddVantage platform • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and FIS support/vendor teams • Ensure the platform meets evolving business needs • Manage conversions/deconversions, system configuration, enhancements, and change requests Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with FIS AddVantage – Product SME • Business Analysis experience in Wealth & Trust Management • Trust Accounting, Fiduciary Operations & Wealth Management workflows • AddVantage implementation, configuration, enhancements & change request management • Conversion/Deconversion, data mapping, reconciliation & validation • BRD, FSD, UAT, requirements gathering & stakeholder management • Client-facing experience and coordination with FIS vendor teams Experience supporting trust and wealth management platforms is essential.
