Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes and ceremonies • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes • Ensure solutions align with healthcare industry standards and regulations Requirements • 8+ years of Business Analysis or Product Owner experience • 4+ years of healthcare industry experience • Strong Agile/Scrum experience • Knowledge of healthcare payer operations, claims, enrollment, benefits administration, and provider management • Experience with Elevance Health, Anthem, or Carelon is a plus
