About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in both business and systems analysis, with a focus on requirements documentation and process mapping. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business and systems requirements • Document business processes and requirements • Lead requirements gathering sessions • Develop and maintain test plans and UAT scripts • Perform manual testing of web applications • Document defects and track resolution Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Business and Systems Analysis • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with requirements documentation and business process mapping • Manual testing experience with test plans and UAT scripts • Familiarity with .NET and TFS preferred
