About the Role We are looking for a Business Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing complex business transformations and leading project teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage financial, supply chain, and manufacturing transformations • Implement Prosci Change Management (OCM) strategies • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes • Utilize MS Project for project planning and tracking • Conduct business analysis and process improvement initiatives • Oversee program management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement Requirements • 7+ years of Project Management experience • PMP certification mandatory • Experience in financial, supply chain, and manufacturing transformations • Prosci Change Management (OCM) experience • Lean Six Sigma / Green Belt experience • MS Project proficiency • Business Analysis and Process Improvement skills • Program Management, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Management experience
