About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in Data Management, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, ETL, and Agile Delivery to lead multiple Agile teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead multiple Agile/Scrum teams and manage project delivery • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for BI, ETL, Data Warehousing, Data Conversion, and MDM projects • Manage multiple Scrum boards, track deliverables, and remove roadblocks • Monitor project risks, resource allocation, timelines, and quality • Coach teams, improve productivity, and collaborate with stakeholders • Utilize Jira and SAFe methodologies to drive successful project outcomes Requirements • 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting ETL, Data Conversion, and/or MDM initiatives • 5+ years managing multiple Agile teams • Strong experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing projects • Hands-on experience with Jira or equivalent Agile tools • Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) • Experience with Data Governance, Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Integration, and Analytics • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
