About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Canada. This role focuses on designing and developing scalable data processes and maintaining reporting dashboards. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT processes • Optimize data loading and transformation processes • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports • Implement data warehouse models • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Systems Analyst • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and PL/SQL • Hands-on experience with AWS • Experience with Data Warehousing and Data Modeling • ETL/ELT Development skills • Tableau Reporting and Dashboard Development • PySpark (Big Data Processing) experience • Apache Airflow (Workflow Orchestration) experience • Data Quality Checks and Monitoring experience
