About the Role We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst who can bridge the gap between HR, business, and technology through workforce data, reporting, and analytics. Key Responsibilities • Bridge the gap between HR, business, and technology through workforce data, reporting, and analytics • Analyze HR data and workforce analytics • Work with HRIS and BI systems Requirements • 7+ years of relevant experience in HR data analytics, workforce analytics, HRIS, or BI • Hands-on experience with Workday and HRIS data • Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation • Power BI experience in dashboards and reporting • Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data integration • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills Good to Have • Workday Data Cloud • Workday Prism Analytics • SmartRecruiters integration • Data automation experience
