About the Role We are looking for a C++ Developer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance C++ applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, QA, and DevOps • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance tuning • Ensure code quality, scalability, reliability, and maintainability • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development, preferably C++11 or later • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms • Experience with multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting • Experience with version control systems such as Git • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities Preferred Skills • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices • Experience with legacy system modernization and migration projects
